Deutsch: Blau: Verbreitungsgebiet der ripuarischen Dialekte. Hellblau markiert ist das niederländische Gebiet, in dem ein Dialekt mit denselben Kennzeichen gesprochen wird. Grün markiert ist der dünn besiedelte Hertogenwald in Belgien, in dem sich die Mundartgrenze nicht feststellen lässt.
English: Blue: Area where Ripuarian dialects are spoken. In light blue the area in the Netherlands where a dialect with the same features is spoken. In green the sparsely populated Hertogenwald forest in Belgium, where no dialect boundary can be marked.
Nederlands: Blauw: Verspreidingsgebied van het ripuarisch dialect. In lichtblauwe kleur de gebieden in Nederland waar een dialect met dezelfde kenmerken wordt gesproken. In groene kleur het dunbevolkte Hertogenwoud in België, waar geen taalgrens te trekken is.
Français : Aire d'utilisation des dialectes franciques ripuaires. En bleu clair, une zone aux Pays-Bas possédant un dialecte similaire. En vert, l'Hertogenwald où aucune frontière linguistique ne peut être tracée suite à la faible densité de la population.
