تأسست شركة التجارة المتحدة عام 1940 فى مدينة الأقصر. وقد أسسها السيد: رمزى عجايبى مسعود. حيث بدأ العمل بالتجارة والتوريدات ثم بدأ أبناءه فى تطوير المؤسسة والبدء في الاستيراد منذ عام 1983 حيث بدأوا بأستيراد اللحوم والدواجن من عدة دول تحت إسم بلاستيرا ( سيلفر لايت)
كما اصبحت شركة التجارة المتحدة وكيل للعديد من الشركات العالمية والمحلية فى جميع المنتجات المجمدة، ووضعت المعايير والإشتراطات التى تضمن سلامة المنتج والجودة وفقا للمعايير العالمية، ويتم الاشراف على المنتج بدءاً من المرعى مروراً بالمجزر بالخارج وصولاً إلى التخزين والشحن أو التخزين داخل مصر.
فاصبحت دليزيو عالم جديد يغير مفهوم اللحوم ومشتقاتها، وما يقدم معها من صوصات وتوابل وغير ذلك من المنتجات، كما أنها تقدم النصائح للعملاء للوصول إلي أفضل تجربة للعميل في كل ما يخص منتجات اللحوم، وتحرص دليزو دائماً على ان تنفرد بكل ما هو جديد ومميز.
