تأسست شركة التجارة المتحدة عام 1940 فى مدينة الأقصر. وقد أسسها السيد: رمزى عجايبى مسعود. حيث بدأ العمل بالتجارة والتوريدات ثم بدأ أبناءه فى تطوير المؤسسة والبدء في الاستيراد منذ عام 1983 حيث بدأوا بأستيراد اللحوم والدواجن من عدة دول تحت إسم بلاستيرا ( سيلفر لايت)[عدل]
وهي الآن تمثل حوالى 70% من واردات مصر من اللحوم والدواجن، و60 % من توريدات الفنادق فى جميع انحاء الجمهورية.[عدل]
كما اصبحت شركة التجارة المتحدة وكيل للعديد من الشركات العالمية والمحلية فى جميع المنتجات المجمدة، ووضعت المعايير والإشتراطات التى تضمن سلامة المنتج والجودة وفقا للمعايير العالمية، ويتم الاشراف على المنتج بدءاً من المرعى مروراً بالمجزر بالخارج وصولاً إلى التخزين والشحن أو التخزين داخل مصر.[عدل]
وإستكمالاً لسلسلة التطويرات قامت شركة التجارة المتحدة بإنشاء العلامة التجارية الناشئة[عدل]
(دليزيو Delizio) والتى تعنى كل ماهو له مذاق جيد وشهى فى الطعام.[عدل]
فاصبحت دليزيو عالم جديد يغير مفهوم اللحوم ومشتقاتها، وما يقدم معها من صوصات وتوابل وغير ذلك من المنتجات، كما أنها تقدم النصائح للعملاء للوصول إلي أفضل تجربة للعميل في كل ما يخص منتجات اللحوم، وتحرص دليزو دائماً على ان تنفرد بكل ما هو جديد ومميز.[عدل]
In 1940 in Luxor The United Trading Company has been established by Mr. Ramzy Agayibi Masoud, And started in trade and supplies.[عدل]
Then his sons started to take the company to a huge curve to develop it in the import field in 1983 by importing meat and poultry from many countries with the special name Plastira (Silver Light).[عدل]
Now, it represents about 70% of Egypt's imports of meat and poultry, and 60% of the hotel supplies throughout the Republic Arab of Egypt.[عدل]
The United Trade Company has also become an agent for many international and local companies in all frozen products.[عدل]
Standards and requirements have been set that guarantee product safety and quality in accordance with international standards, and the product became supervised under its own responsibility, it started from pasture to slaughterhouse outside to storing then shipping or storing inside Egypt.[عدل]
Then Delizio has created as a new brand to complete the vision of development. Delizio -which means everything that is good and delicious in food- became a new world to change the concept of meat and all its derivatives; the sauces, spices, and gizzards are provided with it & a lot of products, as well as advice to customers to maximize their wonderful experience with its products.[عدل]
