Biography and Professional Path:

Hassan Abou El Enein was born in 1997 in the city of Alexandria, Egypt. From a very young age, he exhibited a great passion for cooking and began learning the culinary arts. After completing his secondary education, he enrolled in one of the prestigious colleges in the field of culinary arts, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management with a specialization in classical and contemporary cuisine.

Upon graduation, Hassan began his professional career by working at the renowned Hilton hotel, where he trained and gained valuable experience. During his university studies, he continued his training at the hotel and completed his theoretical education. After graduation, he took on a prestigious position at one of the leading international hotels.

Excellence and Achievements:

Hassan Abou El Enein did not rest on his laurels after achieving success early in his career; rather, he continued to develop his skills and expertise by enrolling in numerous specialized training courses and programs. He obtained a specialized course from the renowned Swiss chef Marcus Eaton, joined the Egyptian Chefs Association, and enrolled in prestigious training programs at prestigious universities such as the Royal Jordanian University of Culinary Arts and the Hilton and Harvard universities.

Thanks to this excellence and intensive training, Hassan was able to obtain prestigious certifications such as the ISO in food safety, in addition to specialized courses in fields such as food and beverages and menu engineering.
