Houda Chami was born on August 17, 1994, in Casablanca, Morocco. She moved to the United States at the age of nineteen to pursue her studies. After studying Buisness Administration at the Al Akhawayn University of Ifrane in Morocco, she moved to Los Angeles and went to UCLA . After graduation, she also obtained her associates degree in cosmetology from Santa Monica College a few years later

Career

Houda began her career when she pivoted to fashion and influencing. She said that America opened a lot of doors and opportunities for her and that she finally found herself and what she was destined to do in her life
After appearing on the YouTube music video she loved how it felt to be an influencer and followed that path to become one of the most followed internet creators on social media
Houda has used her viral success to launch a number of enterprises. In 2017, she launched her shoe company, BALGA. In 2019, Houda founded a marketing agency called Power Boost and then in 2020 she created an online pet clothing store. In 2021 Houda launched her petbusiness company called Shimmy Pet Salon based in Los Angeles, California
