Director Operation Manager
• Leading and supervising the production and service operation to produce an accurate Quality Product &customer service. • Following up with the Purchasing Department for all items ordering to avoid over stock or run out items. • Provide information regarding overall financial status to upper management. • Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board and staff with the development of Long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans • Research and analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short term goals • Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans. External Relations Administration • Administer the affairs of the workplace in accordance with policies and contracts, and all applicable laws • Strictly following the standard quality of accepting all goods from the suppliers. • Oversee the maintenance of personnel and other administrative records. • Following up the quality of service. • Following up all reports for handling customer complains. • Hire, supervise, evaluate and, if necessary dismiss staff members as per KSA Labor Law. • Managing the stores image. • Develop annual plan for staffing • Following the reduction plan to the costs and increasing sales. • Managing the financial performance of the stores based on annual and monthly budgets Those indicate the expected levels of income, expenses and profit. • Developing a financial plan or budget to achieve a specific results in: 1- Sales turnover. 2- Gross profit. 3- Operating expenses. 4- Net profit. • Reviewing and analyzing the Monthly report that showing the stores financial results which are the profit and loss statement (P&L). • Monitoring and analyzing for daily weekly and monthly sales report for all stores. • Oversee administration of staff benefits forecasting the store's labor needs. • Adjusting the schedule for any special activities or events. • Implements the company Performance Management System ensuring that all personnel have performance objectives or results oriented job descriptions and that all personnel receive regular and effective performance reviews or feedback • Ensure that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform their jobs effectively setting the plan of the local store marketing in periodically way together with marketing manager. • Following up with all Area managers the plans of costs reduction and increasing sales in the stores. • Continues following and updating with the Area Managers the filling system in the restaurants. • Following up with the quality assurance department for all stores audit periodically. • Oversee workplace operations, including holding staff meetings and, working with staff to maintain and improve effectiveness and efficiency. • Setting quarterly meeting to discuss the business plan. • Promote effective communication on all levels of the organization • Ensure that the functions and needs of the workplace are understood by all staff members • Manage all databases and administrative processes including financial processes • Maintain the organization’s governing documents and policies • Ensure the company policies and procedures are adhered to in all activities with all staff
