Hello. I have no problem to unblock your account but i think at first you have to promise Arabic community that you will be a good citizen in our wiki and you will don't do what you did in two years ago again. If you do this promise and promise us that you don't edit any article, category, template, voting, discussion and any other pages or topics that is related directly or not directly to Arabian Gulf, for at least 6 months then I can unblock you on my responsibility. In this 6 months if you violate our deal then you will be blocked again. We had an agreement here but you violated it. A CU investigation in meta shows that PersianGuyz belong to you and you used it to override our agreement. @Elph: hi dear Elph . i do not anything bad with my second account. its not legal to ban me for ever!!! you did not like good citizen. every person can have an second account if do not anything illegal. i didnt anything illegal in Arabic with my second and you just be waiting for banning me to do not try to edit about Persian Gulf Pro league in arabic and you are doing WP:censor why? yes you are a manager in Arabic wiki but its not a banning and censor machine its just a edit machine
